- 1 dabu pan oil
- 4 chillies
- 1 boiled noodle
- 1 large spoon soy sauce
- 2 tbsp pepper
- 3 tbsp namak
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 7 to 8 cloves garlic
- 1 clove ginger
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large spoon tomato sauce
- heat oil, high heat.
- fry onion + veg 20 secs
- low the flame
- ginger garlic + kaashmiri mirch 5 secs
- add tomato sauce + chilli 5 secs
- dont over fry.
- noodle + namak + pepper + soy sauce + high flame -2 minutes
- sugar 5 secs
- done
