Hakka noodles indian dhaba style

  • 1 dabu pan oil
  • 4 chillies
  • 1 boiled noodle
  • 1 large spoon soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp namak
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 7 to 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 clove ginger
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1  large spoon tomato sauce
  1. heat oil, high heat.
  2. fry onion + veg 20 secs
  3. low the flame
  4. ginger garlic + kaashmiri mirch 5 secs
  5. add tomato sauce + chilli 5 secs
  6. dont over fry.
  7. noodle + namak + pepper + soy sauce + high flame -2 minutes
  8. sugar 5 secs 
  9. done
